We're not
a vendor.
We're in
the work.
Most agencies hand off a deliverable and disappear. We embed in the business, run the systems alongside you, and stay in the room until the work is actually running.
The non-negotiables under every engagement. If you've worked with us, you've seen these in practice.
Four rules we hold ourselves to.
Numbers, not narratives.
Every engagement gets measured in real numbers, not slide decks. Retainer clients see a live one-page dashboard. Growth Kit users run the numbers themselves with a template we include.
Scope in writing.
Every engagement comes with a written scope before we start. If you ask for something outside it, we'll quote it as an add-on. Nothing moves without agreement on both sides.
You own the playbooks.
Every SOP, dashboard, and automation we build for you is yours to keep. If we part ways, the system stays with your business. No vendor lock-in, no walking away with your operations.
No lock-in on any track.
Sprints deliver and we hand off. The Growth Kit is yours forever the day you buy it. Retainers go month-to-month with 30 days notice after the first 90 days. Leave any time it stops being useful.
Growth Kit
A one-time delivery. You get a fully built site, brand system, ops configuration, a custom dashboard and a 20-minute training video for launch.
The cadence depends on which track you're on. Here's how each one runs, from the moment you sign to the moment we hand off (or keep going).
What working with us actually looks like.
Studio Sprint
Kickoff within 5 business days. Weekly milestone check-in throughout the sprint. Written handoff manual at the end so you own everything we built.
Retainer
Daily: your VA runs the office. Weekly: 30-minute strategy call at higher tiers. Monthly: one-page scorecard on the first business day of the month.
A few things we don't do, so we can do the rest really well.
Some agencies try to do everything. We don't. These four sit outside our scope, and we'll tell you that on the call.
Field labor
We don't run the trucks or dispatch the crew. You focus on the field work. We handle everything happening at the office and in the marketing.
Books, taxes, payroll
We handle A/R follow-up, invoicing, and cash-flow visibility. Bookkeeping, taxes, and payroll filings stay with your accountant.
Contracts and legal docs
Customer contracts, employment agreements, subcontractor paperwork. That's a lawyer's job. We'll set up the workflow that gets them signed.
Try to be everything
The Scope doc lists every in and out for every tier. We share it before you sign. No surprises in month three, no quiet additions.

I built these systems for my own cleaning business first. Two years later we crossed $1M and 80% of it was recurring. Same systems. Same playbook. That's what we install.
