1. Introduction

Growth Desk LLC ("Growth Desk," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit growthdesk.co, fill out our forms, or work with us as a client, and how we use that information.

By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here.

2. What we collect

We collect the minimum information we need to answer your questions, deliver our services, and run our business.

Information you give us directly

  • Name, email address, phone number (if provided)

  • Business name, website, revenue range, and other details you share in our intake form

  • Any messages or files you send us

  • Payment information, processed by Stripe (we do not store your full card number)

Information we collect automatically

  • IP address, browser type, device type, referring website

  • Pages you visit and time spent on each

  • Anonymized analytics data via cookies (see Section 5)

3. How we use it

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your form submissions and questions

  • Send you the deliverables and communications tied to your engagement

  • Process payments and issue invoices

  • Improve our website, offers, and service quality

  • Send occasional updates about Growth Desk (only if you subscribe)

  • Meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations

What we do not do: we do not sell your data. We do not use your information to profile you for advertising purposes. We do not run drip email sequences you didn't opt into.

4. Sharing with third parties

We share information only with service providers we need to run our business, and only to the extent needed:

  • Stripe for payment processing

  • HelloSign for contract signatures

  • Google Workspace for email and file storage

  • Tally for form submissions

  • Substack for newsletter delivery (if you subscribe)

  • Squarespace for website hosting

  • Firebase and Netlify for operator dashboards we build for clients

Each of these has its own privacy policy. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information with anyone else.

We may disclose information if legally required (subpoena, court order, tax audit).

5. Cookies + analytics

We use minimal cookies for analytics only. We do not run retargeting ads, and we do not sync cookie IDs with third-party ad networks.

Analytics: we may use Plausible, Fathom, or a similar privacy-first analytics tool. These tools collect aggregate anonymized information about site traffic and do not track individual users across the web.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.

6. Data storage + security

Client information is stored in Google Workspace (US-based servers), Stripe (US-based servers), and our client CRM. We keep only what we need, for as long as we need it.

We take reasonable steps to protect your data: two-factor authentication on all accounts, encrypted file storage, limited internal access. No system is 100% secure, but we don't ask you to share anything we don't need.

Retention: we keep client project data for 3 years after engagement ends, then delete it. Financial records are kept for 7 years as required by US tax law.

7. Your rights

You can, at any time:

  • Ask what information we have about you

  • Request corrections to inaccurate information

  • Ask us to delete your information (unless we're legally required to keep it)

  • Unsubscribe from our newsletter with one click

  • Withdraw consent for any optional processing

Email hello@growthdesk.co to exercise any of these. We respond within 5 business days.

If you're in California, the EU, or the UK, you may have additional rights under CCPA or GDPR. The same email works.

8. Children

Growth Desk sells to business owners. Our site and services are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll post the updated version here and update the "Last updated" date at the top. If the changes affect existing clients, we'll email you directly.
